Our refund policy is as follows:
A refund request has to be raised within 7 days of enrolment to the course.
Refund request cannot be accepted, if you have
- Raised the request after 7 days of your enrolment
- Accessed 25% or more than 25% of the course
- Downloaded the course content
How to request refund?
- From Dashboard section, by clicking on “Refund Request Form”.
- In case item quantity is more than one, please reach out to our support team through our Help & Support section on the website.
Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved.
